Sarah founded Kruidberg Capital in November 2020 after recognising the need to improve the standards of residential rental accommodation. Today Kruidberg is helping to improve the living standards of hundreds of people.
Our properties are built and refurbished to an extremely high quality. Peter leads our construction team, which is setting a new standard in the Barnsley rental market.

So far since January 2021 we have spent in excess of £800,000 on construction work alone to improve the standards of property in the area.
This is all sourced from local companies and tradespeople, meaning the local economy directly benefits from our activity.
