From 2025, under the current proposals all newly rented properties will be required to have an EPC rating of C or above.
However, we believe that nobody should have to wait that long to start saving money on their bills, so ahead of this we are already upgrading every property to a minimum EPC rating of C.
That’s a great thing for the environment and a huge benefit for your wallet.
